Paul is the founder of Interlock Paving, the premier unit paving contractor in the region. Interlock has completed some of the most advanced and challenging projects in the Baltimore Washington area, including the Seagirt Marine Terminal, the National Aquarium, and miles of urban walkways and plazas. The company has developed a reputation of providing the highest standards of honesty, fairness, responsibility and craftsmanship in the industry.
Paul has been involved in countless community service opportunities including serving as the Executive Committee Board Member of US Lacrosse, Board Member of Calvert Hall College’s Cardinal Crease Club, and Board Member of the Dyslexic Tutoring Program.

Mark Saudek
Secretary
A partner with the law firm Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP in Baltimore, Mark is recognized as one of Marylands leading litigation lawyers, handling complex general and civil cases in federal courts and administrative tribunals as well as in the state courts for MD and DC.
Before graduating from the University of Maryland School of Law, Mark taught high school English and Economics in Rhode Island and coached soccer, wrestling and lacrosse.

Bill Rowe
Treasurer
Bill is the father of two Calvert Hall graduates. After 29 years of service Bill recently retired as Chief Risk Officer from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency where he also served as the Comptroller’s Deputy for Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation board matters and previously served as Deputy to the Chief of Staff. A CPA, Bill is a graduate of Towson University and holds an MBA in finance from Loyola University Maryland. Bill also serves on the Board of Action In Maturity, an independent, non-profit transportation program in North Baltimore, that serves nearly 60 percent of Baltimore City providing programs and transportation to older adults with a fleet of handicapped-accessible vans.
